1. Nature of Our Service
Suruj Scrap Buyer purchases scrap materials, used items, appliances, and furniture from customers.
We do not sell products to customers.
Because of this, our refund and return rules are different from typical online stores.
2. No Returns After Sale
Once you sell your items to Suruj Scrap Buyer and receive payment:
- The sale becomes final
- The items become our property
- They cannot be returned to the seller
This is because scrap and used materials are processed, dismantled, or resold immediately after purchase.
3. No Refund After Payment
Since the seller receives payment on the spot:
- Payments made to you cannot be refunded
- We do not reverse or undo completed purchases
- We cannot issue partial refunds after the sale is completed
All transactions are considered final and non-refundable.
4. Cancellation Before Pickup
You may cancel the selling request before our team arrives for pickup or inspection.
- Cancellation is free, and no charges apply
- Just contact us as soon as possible
Once our team completes inspection or begins loading items, cancellation may not be possible.
5. Price Disagreement
If you do not agree with the price offered after inspection:
- You may decline the offer
- There is no fee for declining
- No transaction will occur unless you approve the final price
6. Incorrect or Misrepresented Items
If items are significantly different from what was described (damaged, incomplete, illegal, or not as claimed), we reserve the right to:
- Cancel the transaction
- Revise the price
- Refuse to buy the items entirely
This helps ensure safe and fair business.
